Spread the love: Via Uncooked Land cards. Super snarky and HilARIOUS. i.e., “it’s valentine’s day and i’m so happy we’re together. but if you ever leave me i’ll kill you. like, literally, i’ll stab you.“
Do good: On this V-day, spread the love. Donate the cost of a latte to your favorite charity.
Eat: Obviously, chocolate strawberries courtesy of Godiva and a bottle of vino.
Pamper: Treat yourself to a bubble bath. My fav: Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Honey Bath Followed by a mani pedi!
All else fails — build a fort.
Above all, tell the people you love, that you love them.
Whitney Houston Dead at 48
Remembering a legend – I feel like I grew up listening to Whitney. I remember choreographing dances with my friends and inviting the entire neighborhood over to watch our show. I remember several gorgeous lyrical numbers I danced throughout high school to Whitney’s music. And now in the newsroom on the day of her death, we all share our memories of Whitney and listen to our favorite songs.
